These delicious cheeses are sourced directly from a small group of Amish farmers in Ohio and Pennsylvania, who have come together to form one of the last remaining Amish-owned cheese co-ops in America. Comprised of around 120 mostly Amish members, each farm is a labor of love, with fewer than 20 cows. These gentle giants are hand-milked, and their fresh milk is transported daily in 10-gallon metal cans to a USDA-approved Amish cheese plant.

They are Certified non-GMO, Kosher, and Halal, and are crafted using vegetable rennet instead of animal rennet.
