Simply Cheese brings you cheese directly from small, traditional Amish creameries in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and Geauga County, Ohio.
Cows are milked by hand, fresh milk is delivered by horse-drawn buggy in traditional metal tins, and cheesemaking follows methods passed down through generations.
