Simply Cheese brings you cheese directly from small, traditional Amish creameries in Geauga County, Ohio and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Cows are milked by hand, fresh milk is delivered by horse-drawn buggy in traditional metal tins, and cheesemaking follows methods passed down through generations.
No shortcuts. No compromises. Just honest, authentic cheese made the way it has always been made.
