Health benefits of high Omega-3 cheeses

Like all Simply Cheese products, this one is of the highest quality. I buy their cheeses from pasture fed cows because of the well documented health benefits of high Omega-3 dairy products. This vendor's cheeses and meats are delicious and Simply Cheese's tradition of integrity and commitment to quality at affordable prices are hard to match anywhere else. The staff are also friendly and highly competent at troubleshooting any issues with orders.

We love the farmers cheese

We love the farmers cheese light flavor. We use it to make a nice warm appetizer by wrapping a big block of cheese with a sheet of crescent rolls and baking it until the crescent dough is brown. The cheese melts just enough to spread on a cracker.
