Delicious!

I just bought the brick. Wow! It was smooth, mild ... delicious. Neither my husband nor I would have ever guessed it was goat if we had not already known. I will definitely be buying this kind again!

Mild flavor

My daughter and I, who are allergic to cow's milk, have been avid brick goat cheese fans for the last four years. It is a mild goat flavor and it makes great grilled cheese & pizza.

Simply Great Cheese

I like many others cannot have dairy products from cows. The brick goat cheese is about as close to mozzarella from a cow as you can get. Thank you for making a great product!

I love to use goat cheese in salads

I love to use goat cheese in salads and home made pizza using naan bread, olive oil, spinach, tomatoes, green olives, green and red onions and red peppers.
