This creamy, spicy dip is shaped like a basketball and served with dippable snacks—ideal for your game-day spread!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot is a classic)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pretzel bites (for dunking)
  • ½ cup crushed nacho cheese-flavored chips (Doritos or similar)
  • Black olives or black food coloring (for basketball lines)
  • Crackers, celery, carrots, and tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the Dip.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir in shredded chicken and blue cheese (if using).

  3. Shape the Dip.
Spread the mixture into a round, basketball-like shape on a baking dish.

  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

  5. Cool & Coat.
Let it cool slightly, then sprinkle with crushed nacho cheese chips for an orange basketball effect.

  6. Add Basketball Lines.
Use thinly sliced black olives or draw lines with black food coloring to resemble basketball seams.

  7. Dunk & Enjoy!
Serve warm with crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, or veggie sticks.

This dip is a three-pointer—cheesy, spicy, and perfect for dunking while watching the tournament!
