Instructions:
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk and Dijon mustard, stirring until well combined.
- Gradually add the shredded cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
